Abdul Aziz Temo, the brother of opposition Kurdish politician Michel Temo who was killed by PKK/YPG in Syria's Qamishli in 2011, said that the PYD had been the supporter of the Syrian regime since the day it was founded and that acting together with the Syrian regime gave the Kurds the biggest damages.
Temo, who attended the Afrin Liberation Congress in Gaziantep with the participation of prominent ethnic groups' leaders living in Afrin and suffering from the PKK, Afrinies living in foreign countries, spoke to ILKHA's correspondent.
President of the Independent Syrian Kurdish Association Abdul Aziz Temo stated that the PKK/PYD wants to create new Qandils, but said the Kurds would not allow it. Temo added that the PKK/PYD has persecuted people in Afrin for 7 years since the civil war erupted in Syria. He also said the PKK/PYD did the most vandalize to Kurdish people.
Noting that the PKK has nothing to do with Kurdishness, Temo said; "We know that the PKK settled in Syria in 1984. The PKK has nothing to do with the Kurdishness. We know who they are connected to. The PKK wants to harm the Kurdish nation."

Stating that the PKK/PYD has murdered a large number of Syrian Kurdish politicians since 2012, Temo added that his brother Michel Temo was also among those who murdered by PKK.
"We saw the first vandalize to Syria Kurds in 2012. Since 2012, a large number of Syrian Kurds politicians in Syria have been murdered. They gave major damage to us. Since 4 years, they shed the blood of more than 15,000 Syrian young. The PKK has nothing to do with the Kurds. The PKK, want the Kurds in Syria to attack Turkiye. Syrian Kurds are not enemy of Turkiye. Also, Turkiye is not the enemy of Syrian Kurds," he said.
"PYD is racketeer the Kurds, taking young people into custody. They force Kurds to immigrate and killing them," Temo said that the PYD has no right on the Kurds in Syria.
