Turkey arrests ISIS's top figure, Interior Minister says

Turkish police have arrested the Turkey's ISIS emir who had suicide plans with him, the country’s Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced on Twitter.

“The so-called ISIS emir of Turkey has been captured and jailed along with important plans. Congratulations Police Department,” Soylu tweeted on Tuesday.

“As a result, Mahmut Ozden, the so-called emir of ISIS, was captured in Turkey. And the operation was further expanded, and eventually digital materials and his computer were seized during searches at his home and elsewhere,” Soylu said in a following statement, providing important details about aforementioned ISIS emir.
