“We are saddened to receive the news that many people, mostly security personnel have lost their lives and many were injured in today’s (29th November) terrorist attack in Ghazni province of Afghanistan,” the Ministry said.
“We condemn this heinous terrorist attack and wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, swift recovery to the injured and convey our condolences to the friendly and brotherly people and Government of Afghanistan,” the Ministry added.
Turkey also reiterated its call for a comprehensive and immediate ceasefire for the success of the peace efforts.
On Sunday, at least 34 people were killed and more than 20 others wounded in two separate suicide bombings targeting a military base and a provincial chief in Afghanistan's central Ghazni province.
