Turkish Airlines and Boeing reached an agreement over compensation for financial losses caused by the crisis around Boeing 737 Max airplanes, the Turkish Airlines said Tuesday in a statement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The statement did not specify the value of the deal.
The airline, which has 24 Boeing 737 MAX planes in its fleet, has suspended the flights of all Boeing 737 MAX aircrafts since March after two crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia killed 346 people within five months.
