There have been dozens of dead and wounded in a series of bomb attacks in the city center of Idlib against civilians.
The first blast took place at the city center on Monday at about noon according to local sources. A second blast took place at the same place as the health teams and rescue workers went to the site.
The second explosion was more severe said, local witnesses, while claiming a bomb-laden vehicle was used in the explosion.
At least 19 civilians were killed while more than 20 people injured said Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The observatory announced Monday that there were 3 women and 4 children among killed persons.
There was no information about who carried out bomb attacks while there is concern about the increase in the number of dead and wounded.
