Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Önal will lead the Turkish delegation at the meeting to be held at Turkey's Foreign Ministry.
The talks will focus on the east of the Euphrates, the safe zone and the recent situation in Syria.
The U.S. delegation, headed by Syria Special Representative James Jeffrey, also requested an appointment from Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin.
The U.S. delegation is also expected to hold talks at the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
