UN Special Rapporteur due in Turkiye for the probe into Khashoggi murder

The UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial and arbitrary executions will arrive in Turkiye on 28 January for an international investigation into the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.

UN Special Rapporteur on non – judicial and Arbitrary Executions, Agnes Calamard, reportedly will travel to Turkiye to pay a series of visits on January 28 - February 2 for the international probe into the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Speaking in a private TV channel, Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu remarked on the subject, said that Callamard will pay a visit to Turkiye at the end of this month on the request of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to move Khashoggi murder to an international dimension.
