Victims of Feb. 28 and FETO judiciary should also be included in the amnesty

A delegation from the "Feb. 28 and FETO Victims' Families Initiative", who visited victims' families, said that prisoners were imprisoned for Islamic services should be included in the amnesty.

A delegation from "Feb. 28 and FETO Victims' Families Initiative", including spokesman Musab Arasan and members of Yusufi Association visited families of victims who have been imprisoned for years. The delegation said that the victims of FETÖ judiciary should be taken in the scope of amnesty.

Initiative members and families of the prisoners stating that the victims of FETO judiciary should also be taken in the scope of amnesty that brought on agenda by MHP, and wanted the victimization of the prisoners to end immediately.

The delegation visited Haydar Batmaz, father of Abdul Gaffur Batmaz. Abdul Gaffur Batmaz is in prison for 25 years due to Islamic services. Musap Arasan, the spokesperson of 'initiative', stated that they want prisoners victimized by FETO and especially by the Feb. 28 judiciary to bring back to the agenda.

Father of Abdul Gaffur Batmaz, Haydar Batmaz, expressed that his wife bedridden for 18 years due to the persecution and added that they wanted to end the grievances.

"It's been 25 years. There is no expectation left. We are suffering from the victim. That's why his mother has been bedridden for 18 years. It's because she has been longing for her son. My son has a report that he was exposed to torture up to 60 percent. He kept under custody for about 30 days. He would become a medical doctor but they didn’t let him. He can't use his right arm due to severe tortures," said father Haydar Batmaz.
