Turkiye went on the polls for the 27th Term Deputy General Elections and Presidency Election on June 24. In the new system after the amendment of the Constitution, many of the practices of the Turkish Grand National Assembly [TBMM] will become history.
The Turkish Grand National Assembly will start its operations on October 1, 2018.
The no-confidence motion for the reduction of the Council of Ministers or a minister will not be in the new system. However, there can be the request to investigate for the president, the president's vices and the ministers.
The written question proposal, submitted by the deputies and the ministers in reply, will now be forwarded to the ministers and their deputies. (ILKHA)
