Yapıcıoğlu: We plan to run elections as a party

HUDA PAR General Board Member Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu said that they planned to run the local elections in March 2019 as a party.

Speaking on local elections and alliance in a private TV, HUDA PAR General Board of Member Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu said the principles of the party related of alliance continue to be the same.

He said that they have not received an offer on the alliance so far and that they have not offered to anyone and that if an alliance proposal is made, they will discuss it on the party's authorized boards.

Stating that the work of determining candidates continues, Yapıcıoğlu underlined that they will pay attention to the fact to present candidates in each province and district who will be from that region.

"So far, we have not received an alliance proposal for local elections and we have not offered anyone an alliance. We also announced in the June 24 elections that our principles regarding the alliance are the same. So far, we haven't thought about offering any party for the electoral alliance. If a proposal comes to us, we will discuss it as the party management," Yapıcıoğlu said.

Stating that they will accept the coming proposal if good for the country and for the nation and refuse if not, Yapıcıoğlu said, "Our first principle in this regard is that the party to which we will ally is not an enemy to our faith, to our people, and to our existence."
