According to local sources in Bethlehem, the ZOF kidnaped two teenagers identified as Mohamed Takateka and Rida Diriyah from their homes in Beit Fajjar town and another citizen identified as Hisham al-Khateeb from al-Jadawel area in Beit Jala.
In Jerusalem, police forces kidnaped a young man after searching his home in Shuafat refugee camp and allegedly finding a weapon and ammunition belonging to him.
Another young man identified as Obada Abu Jum’ah was kidnaped from his home in al-Tur town, east Jerusalem.
The ZOF also stormed different areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem, with no reported arrests.
Later in the morning, an Israeli undercover unit kidnaped a young man from Jenin City.
According to the Palestinian Prisoner Society, plain-clothes soldiers infiltrated Jenin City and kidnaped a young man from Abu Bakr Street. He was identified as Bahaa Abul-Haija, a resident of the Jenin refugee camp.
In a separate incident, the zionist regime’s intelligence on Sunday morning summoned Sheikh Ekrima Sabri, head of the Higher Islamic Council in Occupied Jerusalem, for interrogation at the Moskobiya detention Center.
Lawyer Khaled Zabarqa told the Palestinian Information Center that Sheikh Sabri had been interrogated by zionist intelligence officers over recent remarks he made about israeli violations at the Aqsa Mosque.
Zabarqa expressed his deep concern over the health of 84-year-old Sheikh Sabri as a result of his exposure to constant persecution by the zionist regime’s police and intelligence.
