The works of carrying the last part of Eyyubi Mosque, which weight 2,650 tons, continue in historical Hasankeyf district.
The last part of Eyyubi Mosque, weight 2,650 tons, has been carrying to its new location by 352-wheeled SPTM vehicle, in historical Hasankeyf district.
The work for the move of the historic mosque started early Friday at 07.30, which plans to be transferred through 12-culvert Bridge built on Dicle River for the purpose of carrying historical works. The work process said to be done in 6 hours while the route is about 6 kilometers to the New Cultural Park.

The process of carrying the Eyyubi Mosque began on November 26. In the scope of the transportation works, the first part of the garden walls weighing 115 tons had been moved in 6 pieces.
