Presidency Spokesman Ibrahim Kalın evaluated the assertions of the Ba'ath regime and YPG/PKK had agreed in Syria from his social media account.

Kalın noted that it is clear that this allegation is aiming propaganda but that doesn’t mean there is no secret and dirty negotiations. "Whatever they do, the Olive Branch Operation will continue with determination and reach its goal as planned," Kalın added.
