Turkey’s Presidential Cabinet will convene to discuss latest developments
Turkey’s Presidential Cabinet will convene on Monday under President Erdoğan's chairmanship at the Presidential Complex.
At the meeting; it is expected that the cabinet will decide to ease some restrictions on cafes, restaurants, wedding halls, and gymnasiums.
The researches for vaccines and treatments as well as the vaccination timeline are expected to be at the table during the meeting, according to the presidency’s Directorate of Communications.
The recommendations put forth by Coronavirus Scientific Advisory Board will also be discussed at the meeting.
The country’s health minister Fahrettin Altun is slated to brief the cabinet regarding the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will make a statement after the meeting.
