Turkish Lira makes gain against US dollar

The US dollar/Turkish Lira exchange rate fell below 6.00, seeing its lowest level over the past four weeks.

Despite the US Federal Reserve (FED) increased its policy rate by 25 basis points, the Turkish Lira continued to gain value against the US dollar.

The US dollar/TL, after seeing the 6,1375 during the day, fell to 5,9808, which its lowest level since August 27.

Experts say gaining the Turkish Lira against the US dollar will continue.
