HUDA PAR head of Education Affairs published a written statement on the "law on the unification of education" that was adopted on March 3, 1924, and taken under the protection of the Constitution.

In a written statement, HUDA PAR emphasized that the law on the unification of education was an impractical law, while it was noted that this law, which is still in force, continued its hegemony over the minds.

Remaining that opinions have been presented to the relevant institutions for status to be given to madrasahs, HUDA PAR underlined that the madrasas and religious institutions should be re-activated and equivalence to the documentation given by the madrasas should be provided in one procedure.

"On the pretext of reforming education, it is a law to be able to completely cleanse the principles of training and instruction from Islam, so that the so-called nationalism, secularism, and modernity can be transformed into the fundamental principles of education."

"In other words, this law aims at educating a pragmatic and secular human model, which considers one type of thinking, looking at life one way, embraces Western paradigms, is the most important regulation that detaches society from its own values."

"It is a model based on raising a generation of materialists, pragmatists, and mechanics, who can only look at life through the window of the state, who can think as much as the permission of the state, and beyond that who has no world or hereafter."

Stressing that with the law of unification, the state has started the process of seizing the minds of its own society, HUDA PAR' educational affairs noted that steps such as the abolishment of the caliphate, along with the law on foundations and on Shariah,  were the steps which were the complementary steps of this process.

"The state would never allow a different type of human being to grow apart from official ideology. Everyone had to have a Western, Kemalist, secular and nationalist thought."

HUDA PAR underscored that, as long as this law is in force, it will not be possible to reach the educational system in accordance with the values of belief.

"Neither the youth themselves nor their families were able to decide what to believe, what to protect, what to learn, what to have a world view. So far, the state has tried to decide on behalf of everyone."

The ideology was used as a sword on both religion and education, which revealed an alien generation to the faith, culture, and values. The small changes in the education system since 1924 were not enough to change this basic mentality of the state."

As long as the law on the unification of education is in force, there will not be able to reach the educational system in accordance with the original values and culture of people.

"The hand of the state should be lifted especially on the religious education. Religion is our ordinance of life, which has been sent down by Allah in all its forms."
