In Toronto, Canada, ten people are dead and 15 others are injured after a van driver plowed into a number of pedestrians Monday in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area of North York in Toronto.

Toronto Police Spokesman explained that the driver drove away with the vehicle and after a while, the driver was caught and taken into custody.

"The actions definitely looked deliberate," he said, adding that it was too early in the investigation to say whether the incident was terror-related.
