We have applications for mothers in the sit-in protest
Speaking on the sit-in protest of mothers outside HDP office on the ground that their children were kidnapped, Chief Ombudsman Şeref Malkoç said they have applications to be revived and will share the work later with the public.
Malkoç, who supports families in the sit-in protest outside HDP Diyarbakir office on the grounds that their children have been deceived and kidnapped by the PKK, stressed that it is the most natural and reasonable right for mothers to want their children.
"The action that mothers take to reunite with their children, to save their children from a terrorist organization, is very meaningful and valuable action," he said.
"This is the mother's heart, and of course the desire to be reunited with her child is the most innocent, the most reasonable and the most righteous. It is extremely important that Turkey be one heart and one voice at this point."
Malkoç stating that there will, of course, be different ideas and opinions in a country. "Organizations related to this and the expression of different views, dissemination, are under the guarantee of the Constitution and laws."
"There are two lines shouldn’t be crossed. One is that people will not insult others when explaining their thoughts and opinions, and the second is that they will not make words praising or encouraging terrorism."
Stating that the act of mothers demanding their kidnapped children back is a case of complete claim right, Malkoç noted that they congratulate mothers and their action.
Malkoç said there have been petitions reaching out to the Ombudsman's Office about the action of suffering families.
"We have applications for the delivery of children to mothers who have been kidnapped to the hands of the PKK through the HDP," Malkoç said.
Malkoç stated that the fire of mothers staging a sit-in protest outside HDP office in Diyarbakır has been heart throughout Turkey.
