1 PKK/YPG member surrenders to Turkish security forces in southeastern Turkey

1 PKK/YPG member has surrendered to Turkish security forces in Turkey's southeastern Şırnak province, the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

According to the statement, 1 PKK/YPG members was surrendered to security forces after persuasion efforts by their families and Turkish security forces.

At least 197 PKK members have so far surrendered to Turkish security forces since beginning of 2020.
