33 people injured in a car bomb attack in southern Afghanistan
11 police and 22 civilians were injured in a car bomb attack on Daman district police headquarters in Kandahar province.
The car bomb exploded outside the police headquarters in Daman District, Kandahar Province, the morning of Dec. 7.
The explosion injured at least 33 people, including 11 police officers.
No group has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
Since 2001 when the United States invaded Afghanistan, over 100,000 people have been killed in the war, including more than 4,000 ISAF soldiers and civilian contractors, more than 62,000 Afghan national security forces, 31,000 civilians and even more Taliban members.
