5th Meeting of Islamic Scholars commences on ZOOM video conferencing system
5th Meeting of Islamic Scholars, which is organized annually by ITTIHAD'UL ULEMA, the Union of Islamic Scholars, is being held this year via video conference due to coronavirus pandemic.
Many prominent Islamic scholars from across the World are participating the meetings, which have been held since 2015.
Islamic Scholars from Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan will submit presentations during the conference this year.
Mahmut Kılınç is moderating the meeting, which has started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Ebubekir Arslan.
The program continued with the opening speech of Mullah Bashir Simsek, the Deputy Chairman of ITTIHADUL ULEMA, and the greeting speech of Mullah Bashir Varol.
In the opening speech, Şimşek wished the meeting to be intsrumental in performing good deeds.
The meeting is being live-streamed on Rehber TV as well as YouTube accounts of ITTIHAD'UL and Ilke News Agency.
