Economic confidence index realizes as 92.8 in Turkey
Economic confidence index which was 88.5 in September increased by 4.8% in October to 92.8, Turkish Statistical Institute said a statement on Wednesday.
According to the statement, this increase in economic confidence index stemmed from the increases in real sector (manufacturing industry), services, retail trade and construction confidence indices.
Real sector confidence index increased by 3.8% and became 109.7, services confidence index increased by 6.4% and became 79.7, retail trade confidence index increased by 1.7% and became 95.0, construction confidence index increased by 0.6% and became 83.8 in October compared to the previous month. On the other hand, consumer confidence index decreased by 0.1% and became 81.9 in October.
