The problems started at around 11:56 GMT, and are affecting users worldwide, according to DownDetector.

Some of the most popular apps and services, including Gmail, Google and YouTube, are down for users worldwide, DownDetector confirmed.

User reports indicate Youtube Music is having problems since 7:03 AM EST.

Google is yet to comment on the issues.
