“The US resolve to extend scientific cooperation accords into zionist settlements in the West Bank highlights the American direct involvement in aggression against Palestinian people and in the gradual implementation of annexation plans,” Qasem said.

Qasem underlined that the US stances towards settlements in the West Bank show that the normalizers have been deceived and given empty promises.

He also noted the US policy against the rights of the Palestinian people requires all Palestinian to restructure the Palestinian home and promote popular resistance.
