Sağlam pointed out Laylat al-Qadr is a gift that has been given to all Muslims and said: “Allah Almighty says in the Qur'an: Pray to your Lord humbly and privately. In order to be in the service of the people all day, with all the means and energy, it is necessary to pray humbly at the presence of Our Lord at night. Those who wish to serve people through politics need to be equipped spiritually enough, just as they need a certain knowledge and experience. ‘To become the teacher of the earth below, one has to become the student of the sky above’, Alija Izetbegovic says briefly. Those who are engaged in politics must reach a certain level of spiritual maturity. Otherwise, no matter what position they are in, they are destined to go astray.”

Sağlam also wished all Muslim to observe this blessed night, which is worth a lifetime, in the most auspicious way, greeting the Islamic world on this Night of Qadr.
