The death toll from coronavirus in US surges pass 9,000
The U.S. have so far reported 336,800 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 9,600 deaths.
The U.S. is entering one of the most critical weeks in the fight against Coronavirus. New York, Michigan and Louisiana cities witnessed an increase in the number of confirmed cases.
Some states such as Pennsylvania, Colorado and Washington DC also have seen an increase in death toll.
The White House coronavirus task force warned this is not the time to go to the grocery store or other public places.
White House officials are predicting between 100,000 and 240,000 deaths in the U.S. with coronavirus fatalities peaking over the next two weeks
“There will be 'a lot of death' in coming weeks,” said Trump in daily press conference in the White House.
