253 more people have died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the disease to 33,454, according to the statement.

While at least 2,658 patients are in critical condition, 3,268,678 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

At least 40,994,845 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country.
