Based on power of attorney by the victims' families of the recent war in the Gaza Strip a claim was submitted to the General Court in Istanbul to prosecute the israeli war criminals.

A press conference was held in front of the Court, in which lawyer, Gülden Sönmez, made a statement on behalf of the Turkish lawyers followed by a speech by the lawyer, Ahmed Yilmaz.

Dr. Saeed Al-Dahshan read the press release in Arabic which was followed by Ansam Abu Odeh who gave a speech on behalf of families of the victims.
